Chapter 28: Tatiana

Just as Zyquan told me, he was there still there when I woke up the next morning. As much as I wanted to believe him when he’d told me, somehow I knew he wouldn’t hold true to his word. Having him behind me and his arm wrapped around my waist proved me wrong.

Somehow I eased out of bed without waking him. I walked into the bathroom and took care of hygiene before I hurried into the kitchen. I wanted to make him breakfast in bed after that mind-boggling sex session we had last night. It felt as if he made love to me like we’d been lovers years prior. I wouldn’t complain because it was just what I needed. A smile crept upon my face as I thought about the possibilities of what last night could lead to.

As I scrambled the eggs, I heard water in the bathroom, which meant he was up. The eggs where almost done so everything would be ready when he walked in - including me. I had on nothing but a thong and white baby tee with red lips on them. I even had on some heels to match. I was ready for whatever he wanted to eat.

He stumbled in fully clothed in the clothes he came over in. He wrapped his arms around my waist while kissing me softly around my neck.

“Damn, Shy, you smell good!” he said before latching on to my neck.

I quickly broke away from him, trying to see if I heard him right. If I wasn’t mistaken, I could’ve sworn he said something similar to that last night while we were intimate.

“What did you call me?” I asked after he’d finally let me go to face him.

The look on his face was indescribable. I stood with my arms folded across my chest, waiting for his explanation.

“I called you Shy! You didn’t seem to have a problem with it last night,” he uttered as he pulled away from me and walked over to the table.

“Shy! Why in the world would you call me that? My name is Tatiana,” I reminded him.

“I gave you that name last night because your ass ain’t scared to try shit. You’ll try anything once or twice,” he analyzed.

Something told me he was lying, but his words reminded me of last night and the things I’d allowed him to do to me. Some of them I’d tried before while others were a first for me. Whatever the case might be, I’d find out whether he was lying sooner or later. Like my parents always told me, what’s done in the dark will surely come to the light. I’m a living testament to that. So for now, I’d leave it alone until I could make sure he was on some grown man shit. For all I knew he could still be on some one night stand hype.

He sat there and waited for me to come and eat before he attempted to touch his food.

“It’s safe to eat.
